Free recruiting assessment
Get a free assessment of where your recruiting week goes
Three short questions about your desk and how your week actually runs. It costs nothing and there is no obligation. You send it, you get a written report back, guaranteed, on which parts of your process could run without a recruiter sitting on them, which parts should keep a human, and what we would do first if it were our desk.

Three questions and your details. That is the whole thing. You get your report on screen in about twenty seconds.
What does the assessment actually look at?
Your desk, not your tech stack. We look at the stretch between a job order landing and a shortlist reaching the client, because that is where recruiter hours disappear.
Nothing is scored and there is no report generator behind this. You will not get a number out of it. You get an honest read on what is worth automating on a recruiting desk and what is not.
What we look for, in order
- 1Speed to first contact. How long a new applicant or a sourced candidate waits before a real person reaches them, because in recruiting the fastest genuine reply usually wins the candidate.
- 2Screening load. How many profiles a recruiter reads by hand before the shortlist exists, and how much of that reading is repeat work.
- 3The manual middle. Job order in, shortlist out. Sourcing, screening, chasing, write-ups and keeping the system current, which is where nearly all the hours hide.
- 4Client-facing output. Whether your submittals and write-ups are rebuilt from scratch every time instead of coming out of one consistent format.
- 5What must stay human. The intake conversation, the candidate relationship and the close, which we will tell you to protect even when it shrinks the work.
Who is this for?
Recruiting and staffing firms, from a solo desk up to a small team, where the owner is still personally in the delivery. Usually the pipeline stalls the moment a big search lands, because everyone is heads down filling it.
This is not for you if you already have an internal ops or automation team, or if you want to hand a finished spec to a developer. We are useful earlier than that.
What happens after you send it?
You get a written report, on screen, in about twenty seconds. That is the guarantee. There is no call to sit through first and nothing to install.
It is written from your answers and, where we can reach it, a read of your own website, so it is about your business and not a generic checklist. If you want to talk it through afterwards, the option is there. It is not a condition.
Questions people ask
What does the assessment cost?
Nothing. There is no cost and no obligation at any point. You answer three questions, we look at how your desk runs, and we tell you what we see. If none of it is worth automating, we will say that too.
Am I going to get chased by an automated sequence?
No. You get your report immediately and it is yours whether we ever speak or not. If you want a conversation you book it yourself, and if you do not, nothing is drip-fed at you.
Do I need to give you access to my ATS?
No. Nothing connects to your system for this. Three questions in your own words is all we need, and we will tell you what is worth doing before anyone touches anything.
Is this going to tell me to replace my recruiters?
No, and we would push back if you asked. The intake conversation and the candidate relationship are the job. What we look for is the reading, chasing and retyping around them that stops a recruiter doing the part only they can do.
We are a small desk. Is that too small for this?
A small desk is the easier starting point. There is less process built around a workaround and fewer people to bring along. If the owner is still in delivery, you are exactly who this is for.
