What does the assessment actually look at?
Your week, not your tech. We are looking for the work that only happens because you remembered it, the point in your process where things go quiet, and the tasks that are slow purely because a person has to sit and do them by hand.
Nothing is scored and there is no report generator behind this. You will not get a number out of it. You will get an honest read on which parts of your week could run without you, and which parts should keep a human in them.
