Agent deployment

An agent that works while you are not

Agent deployment means you get your own AI agent running on its own machine, always on, connected to the tools you already use, and reachable in the same app you already message people in. It is not a chatbot you visit. It is something that keeps working at two in the morning, on a Sunday, and while you are heads-down delivering for a client.

Why would a business my size want this?

Because the money leaks in the gaps. The follow-up that did not happen. The report nobody ran. The reply that sat overnight. None of those feel like a crisis on the day, and together they are the difference between a good month and a flat one.

You already know what needs doing. You do not have the hours to be the one who remembers all of it. An agent is the thing that holds the repeatable parts so you can spend your hours on the work only you can do.

How is this different from hiring someone?

A hire needs recruiting, onboarding, a salary every month, management, and eventually replacing. That is the right answer when the work needs judgment. It is an expensive answer when the work is repetition.

An agent is set up once and then runs. It does not have a bad week, it does not forget the process, and it does not leave and take the knowledge with it. It costs a fraction of a part-time hire and it does not stop at five o'clock. What it will not do is replace the person you need for the work that takes judgment, and we will say so plainly rather than sell you the fantasy.

What it takes off your plate first

  1. 1Scheduled work. The morning summary, the weekly report, the Monday check on what moved and what did not, delivered to you rather than waiting to be run.
  2. 2Watching. Something changed, something went quiet, something needs a reply. You hear about it instead of discovering it later.
  3. 3Research and prep. The background on a company before a call, assembled while you are in the previous one.
  4. 4Drafting. The follow-up, the summary, the first version of the thing you were going to write at eleven at night.
  5. 5Admin. Records updated, notes filed, next steps captured, without you being the one who does it.

What does the return actually look like?

Two places. The first is hours. Work that used to wait for you now happens whether or not you got to it, and the evening admin block gets shorter.

The second is the one that matters more. Revenue stops leaking through the gaps. A lead that gets a reply the same hour instead of the next day. A follow-up that actually happens on the third touch. A client who hears from you before they wonder where you went. Those are not efficiency gains, they are deals that would otherwise have quietly gone away.

We will not put a number on your return, because anyone who quotes you one without seeing your business is guessing. What we will do on the call is look at your week and tell you honestly which parts an agent can hold and which parts it cannot.

Whose agent is it?

Yours. It runs on its own machine, with your access, and it stays yours. It is not a shared seat on someone else's platform, and it is not a subscription that stops working the day you stop paying us.

If you work with more than one business, or we work with more than one company in your field, each gets its own separate machine with its own access. Nothing is shared between them. That separation is absolute and it is how we build by default.

How do you know it is actually working?

Because it tells you. It reports what it did and it says when something failed, rather than going quiet and leaving you to find out. An agent nobody is watching is not automation, it is a liability.

We also do not hand you something and disappear. It gets deployed, connected, tested against real work, and then we watch it run before either of us calls it finished.

Questions people ask

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No. You talk to it in the same messaging app you already use every day. If you can send a message to a colleague, you can direct it. There is no dashboard to learn and no new login to remember.

What can it actually connect to?

The systems you already run your business in, as long as they can be reached programmatically, which most modern ones can. We connect the ones that matter to your week rather than everything at once, and we start with the lowest-risk access first and widen it as it earns the trust.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

It will, occasionally, in the same way a new team member does in their first month. The difference is how it is set up. Anything that sends, charges or writes to a live system is either checked by you first or verified afterwards, and it is scoped so a mistake is recoverable rather than expensive.

Is this just a chatbot?

No, and the difference is the whole point. A chatbot answers when you visit it. This runs on its own schedule on its own machine, does work while you are asleep, and comes to you with the result. You do not go to it.

Give it the jobs you keep forgetting.

Walk us through your week on a call. We will tell you which parts an agent can carry, which parts it cannot, and what it would take to deploy one for you.
