Organic content

You shoot. We build, edit, and post

Record on your phone and send it over. We handle everything after that: building the content, editing it, and posting it to your channels. No production crew, no editor to hire, no content calendar to manage. You stay in front of the camera. We run everything behind it.

What do you actually have to do?

Shoot. That is the whole job on your side. Point a camera at yourself and talk about the thing you know better than anyone else in your market. Send us the raw footage, unedited, however it comes off the phone. Everything after that is ours: the hooks, the cuts, the captions, the scheduling, the posting.

The reason most founders have no content is not that they have nothing to say. It is that the distance between having something to say and having it posted is about nine separate jobs, and every one of them is a place to stop.

What happens to the footage?

Three things, in order.

Build: we pull the usable moments out and give each one a hook, a structure and a plan for where it goes.

Edit: cuts, captions, sound, and the aspect ratio and format each platform actually rewards.

Post: scheduled and published on your channels, consistently, without you opening an app.

One shoot feeds every platform, because a single sit-down usually carries several distinct ideas and each one becomes its own piece rather than the same clip cross-posted five times.

Short form or long form?

Both. TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube and LinkedIn. Long form is where someone decides they trust you, short form is where they find out you exist, and they feed each other. Cutting short pieces out of long footage is the same shoot doing double duty.

Is there a cap on how much you can send?

No cap on volume. Shoot as much as you want. Everything you send gets built, edited, and posted.

We would rather you overshoot than ration yourself, because the failure mode we see is not founders sending too much. It is founders sending nothing for three weeks.

How is this different from your marketing content service?

Our written content service deliberately caps output, and says so on its own page. That cap is real and it is not a contradiction with this page, because the two things carry completely different risk.

Written pages live on the client's own website, where publishing a lot of thin pages can drag down the pages that were already working, since search engines judge a site as a whole. Social video lives on platforms that have no such shared penalty. The next video is judged on its own, and volume is the mechanism rather than the risk. Different surface, different rule.

What happens after you hit send

  1. 1You send the raw footage, straight off your phone, unedited.
  2. 2We watch it and pull out every idea that can stand on its own.
  3. 3Each one gets a hook, because the first two seconds decide whether the rest is watched.
  4. 4We cut it to the format and aspect ratio the destination platform actually rewards.
  5. 5Captions go on everything, because most of it is watched with the sound off.
  6. 6Long footage gets cut down into short pieces, so one shoot becomes several posts.
  7. 7Everything is written, titled and described for the platform it is going to.
  8. 8It gets scheduled and posted on your channels, on a consistent cadence.
  9. 9You see what went out. If a cut is not right, we change it.

Three ways to get content out, and what each one costs you

The approachWhere it breaks downWhat happens here
Do all of it yourselfThe shooting is the easy part. The editing, writing, formatting and posting is a second job, and it is the one that gets dropped first. You do the part only you can do, and none of the rest.
Hire an editorYou now own a hiring decision, a management relationship and a bottleneck, and they still need you to decide what goes where. No headcount, no managing, no calendar to keep.
Post the raw clip yourselfNo hook, wrong aspect ratio, no captions, and it goes out whenever you remember.Built for the platform it lands on, posted on a real cadence.
Stop posting for a few weeksThe account goes cold and the next post starts from behind.Consistency stops depending on whether you felt like it that week.

Questions people ask

What do I actually have to do?

Shoot, and send it over. That is the entire ask. You never open an editor, write a caption or schedule a post.

How do I get the footage to you?

Whatever is easiest for you. Straight off the phone, in whatever format it recorded in. You do not need to trim it, rename it or organize it first.

Do you post to my accounts or yours?

Yours. The channels are your property, the audience is yours, and it all stays yours if we stop working together. We are not building an audience on our own account and renting it to you.

What if I do not like an edit?

Tell us and we change it. You can see things before they go out if you want to, and some clients want to at the start and stop bothering after a few weeks.

Is there really no limit on volume?

Yes. Everything you send gets built, edited and posted. We would rather you send too much than sit on your hands deciding whether something is worth filming.

What if I am uncomfortable on camera?

Almost everyone is at first, and it shows up on screen far less than it feels. It also gets markedly easier once the first few are out, largely because you stop trying to perform and start just explaining the thing you already know.

Point a camera. We do the rest.

Bring one thing you explain to customers over and over. That is the first shoot, and it is usually the best one.
